Return, Refund & Exchange Policy – Revive Organics

At Revive Organics, we take pride in the quality of our products and your satisfaction is important to us. Please review our policy below for returns, refunds, exchanges, and shipping issues.


Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our organic and personal care products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request an exchange or refund within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused and in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • Clear photos of the issue must be provided


Refunds

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we offer two options:

  • Full refund to your original payment method

  • Store credit (optional)

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval.


Exchanges

If you received the wrong or damaged product, we will gladly send a replacement at no additional cost once your claim is approved.


Missing or Lost Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, or if it is lost in transit:

  • Please contact us within 5 days of the delivery date

  • We will investigate the issue with the carrier

Once confirmed, you will have the option to:

  • Receive a replacement order, or

  • Request a full refund


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Revive Organics is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
